The concept of Team Outcast is based upon the teachings and writings of tactical zenmaster Dr Theodor Seuss Geisel in his books "The Cat in the Hat" and "Green Eggs and Ham." These concepts are concrete in the Outcast way of airsofting and shall NEVER be challenged.

The Outcast Creed

Owning to the fact that airsoft is a game, I will never take it too seriously, and accept that others may not either

Understanding that my team mates have lives outside of airsoft, I will never pressure or punish them for not attending games/events.

Team provided gear and equipment is a privilege and a luxury I will not abuse.

Cheating will not be tolerated, and I understand that if caught doing so, I can be removed from the team.

Although airsoft is a competitive game, Competitions will be friendly, and always with other teams, never with my team mates.

Superior or Elitist attitudes are not acceptable, regardless of my prior military, law enforcement, or airsoft experience.

This team is an organization of people wanting to have fun, and anything that lessens that fun is strictly frowned upon.

1. Airsoft is a game of honor and all members are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and honesty on and off the field.
2. Outcast 426 abides by and follows rules set forth by the North Carolina Airsoft Organization.
3. Failure to uphold such standards may result in immediate dismissal from the team.
4. Outcast 426 is governed by a group of three founders; Alpha-17, Ande187, and BoogerRed - Decisions made on behalf of the team by the founders regarding operation or organization are final.
5. Members wishing to leave the team are free to do so at any time and will not be criticized by other members of the team. Membership is voluntary.
